Gail assists clients – mainly local governments and municipal utilities—with a wide range of telecommunications matters including: broadband and fiber network acquisitions, leases and indefeasible right of use (IRU) agreements; franchising and contract negotiations with cable, media and telecommunications companies; public-private partnerships and governance issues; pole attachment disputes; cell site leases; wireless facilities zoning and planning matters; and local, state and federal regulatory compliance.
