People energize Linda. Whether she’s coaching an individual or facilitating a large group, she thrives on interacting with people. Linda began her career as a marketer before transitioning to a coach and facilitator focusing on helping clients develop both their individual and organizational strategy. She partners with leaders to develop their full potential through thoughtful strategic planning, effective communication and practical implementation. In addition, she advises clients on how to develop and enhance the experience of their employees. She is passionate about bringing greater awareness to generational differences in the workplace and has published research in the Journal of Business Communication as well as facilitated talks and workshops.

Prior to joining Coraggio, she spent 10 years at the University of Oregon. As the Assistant Dean of Students and Career Services, Linda co-led the Portland campus’ diversity planning process with a lens on creating a campus that is inclusive of all races, cultures and opinions. Specifically, she developed forums, community events and a council to increase connection and dialogue among faculty, staff alumni and students. Linda is also a Board Member for Project Lemonade, a nonprofit that inspires self-esteem in foster youth. She has a M.S. in Management Communication from the University of Portland and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of Oregon.
