How does a small station of 40 volunteers cover over 130 sporting events a year in their community?   We’ll talk about how access centers can start their own sports broadcasting programs using modest equipment set ups and leveraging the biggest asset that can find – volunteers who do the legwork.  We’ll go through equipment, attracting volunteers, sample workflows, the role of social media, and how projects like this can be done for very little money or staff time.
